Monday

Conditioning training

Time

18:00 – 20:00

We start the week off strong with physical conditioning. We work on power, strength, agility, mobility, and general fitness. All exercises can be modified to suit your level, whether you’re an enthusiastic beginner, or martial machine.

Wednesday

Technique & soft-sparring

Time

18:00 – 20:00

Wednesday trainings are for perfecting techniques. During the first part of training, we work on grappling/wrestling, correct striking technique, footwork, and combinations. In the second part, we spar in soft gear.

Thursday

SCA combat training

Time

18:00 – 20:00

On Thursday’s we fight with rattan with SCA heavy fighting rules. We gear up in armour but the armour requirements are a bit lighter. We often start with some light technique practice but the focus is in the fighting, both single and group fights.

Saturday

Armoured combat training

Time

12:00 – 15:00

On Saturdays we gear up in full armour and train group fights and single combat. Fighting in armour is a skill that needs to be developed and maintained in and of itself. Newcomers are recommended to attend a few Wednesday trainings prior to trying out the sport in armour.

Sunday

Women’s training

Time

16:00 – 19:00

These are women’s trainings for women, by women, but everyone is welcome to attend! Here we combine physical conditioning and technique, and provide an opportunity for some extra sparring, either in soft gear, armour, or combination of the two.
